Consulting

Your strategy has to hold.

Not in the workshop. In the boardroom, in the budget round, in the market: under the weight of people leaning on it to see if it moves.

We help leaders build circular and sustainability strategies from what their organisation already has. Nothing imported. Nothing wasted. Built to stand.

Where is the problem?

You are not short of ambition. You are short of a strategy that survives contact.

The sceptics have grown louder. The budgets tighter. The reporting heavier. And somewhere along the way, sustainability strategy became a genre of document (glossy, imported, generic) that everyone approves and no one builds with.

You don’t need another framework flown in from somewhere else. You need to know what will actually hold when the pressure comes.

What do you see?

Same stone. Different thinking.
Where we live, on the Croatian coast, the hillsides are covered in limestone: sharp, scattered, apparently useless. And running through those same hillsides are dry stone walls, some centuries old, built without a gram of mortar from exactly that stone. Here they are called gromača.

Nothing was imported. Nothing was discarded. Every piece was placed where its shape holds the pieces around it. The intelligence isn’t in the material. It’s in the placement.

That is what we do with strategy.

We don’t arrive with a solution designed for someone else’s company. We look at what you already have (your assets, your people, your material flows, your market position, even your constraints) and build a circular strategy in which each element holds the others. That’s why the walls here outlast the buildings that used mortar: a structure whose parts hold each other doesn’t depend on anything that washes out.

Will you walk three steps with me?

1. Walk the terrain. We start with what’s actually there: your operations, material flows, stakeholder pressures, and the sceptics’ real objections. No template. An honest survey of your stone.
2. Place the pieces. Together we design the strategy, using the 9Rs to determine where each element belongs, what carries load, what gets repurposed, and what you finally get to refuse. Every choice is stress-tested against the question your board will actually ask.
3. Build to stand. You leave with a strategy your own people can defend and execute, with the reasoning built in, not bolted on. Not a document that needs us to hold it up. A structure that holds itself.

What is at stake?

The cost of a strategy that doesn’t hold is rarely dramatic. It’s slow: the initiative that quietly loses its budget, the credibility spent defending a plan you inherited, the two years lost to a framework that was never built for your terrain. The leaders we work with decided they’d rather build once, properly, from what’s real.

Built from what’s already there. Standing for centuries.

The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Bring your hardest sceptic’s question: that’s usually the best place to start.
